I plugged this into the back of my keyboard so I could use Bluetooth with my iPod. The iPod's BT support isn't so great (can't sync over Bluetooth?!? wtf?), but this adapter works fine.I did not need to install their special software / drivers on Vista or Windows 7 - just plugged in and the OS does the rest. The low profile is nice and I can't even see it sticking out the back of my keyboard..
